Three-Minute Advancement Routine:


 

The Three-Minute Advancement Routine is designed to do each morning and each evening. In the morning, you’ll set your intentions for the day. In the evening, you’ll plant seeds for tomorrow.


When you begin your day by letting go of the thoughts and feelings that are bringing you down and change your focus towards gratitude and setting intentions, you are opening yourself up to connect with like-minded people, opportunities and solutions in order to move forward. Remember the Rules of the Road. Your thoughts ultimately create your results, so make sure to keep them positive.


Rub on some Focus blend and diffuse Peppermint, Wild Orange or your favorite oil that helps you feel inspired.


Use our example intentions or make up your own. We have an entire chapter dedicated to affirmations, so pick a few you really resonate with and plant those seeds today!

How to Practice the Three-Minute Advancement Routine:


1.                  Start with a thought dump by writing down all the thoughts and feelings that are negative and do not serve you on your journey. Write them all down and get them all out of your head. Practice this throughout the day as well, for every negative thought or feeling, write it down and then turn it around to what you do want or something you are grateful for.


2.                  Start with the Spirit section of the triangle and write down three affirmations, intentions or spiritual truths that you connect with. Follow it up with something you are grateful for that relates to your connection to a higher power or your guidance system.


3.                  Move on to the Mind section of the triangle and write down three affirmations, intentions or spiritual truths you connect with that will help to move you forward on your journey. Follow it up with something you’re grateful for that recently happened on your journey. This can be a synchronistic event, meeting a person, a new opportunity that came your way or you have a new pattern of feeling better mentally and physically and you are grateful for feeling this way.


4.                  Move on to the Body section of the triangle and write down three affirmations, intentions or spiritual truths you connect with that with help you to love and accept your Body. Follow it up with something you are grateful for regarding your Body right now. Being grateful for what we currently have opens our hearts up to more joy and abundance in our future.


If you have trouble finding something you’re grateful for with your body, simply place your hand over your heart. Close your eyes, take a deep breath in, exhale and just feel your heartbeat. Give thanks to your heart for giving you life; for continuing to beat for you ~ 115, 000 times per DAY without you having to tell it to. How cool is it that you didn’t even have to earn this? You were given it and now you have life because of it! Focus on this if nothing else.
